Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts according to drawings and specifications

Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

Perform quality inspections using measuring tools to ensure products meet specifications

Maintain consistent production output and meet daily production targets

Ensure proper machine setup, tooling selection, and adjustments

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED
-
Experience operating press brake machines
-
Previous plant experience in the metals fabrication industry
-
Strong basic math skills
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
-
Ability to use quality inspection tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures, gauges)

Ability to read, write, and speak English
-
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
-
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
Preferred Qualifications

Basic computer skills / familiarity with CNC controls
