Overview
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Transport Driver to join our team. Reporting directly to the Frac Operations Coordinator(s), the Class 1 Transport – Shop Technician is responsible for directly working with the Fac business unit. This role would have two main responsibilities:
- Transport of Innovex Assets (Frac, Wellhead and Service etc.) from branch to branch, branch to location, supplier to branch, supplier to location, etc.
- Building, loading out, supporting the over-arching frac business units shop builds as needed

Duties
- Comply with all Company Health, Safety, & Quality Policies.
- Participate in any associated training, processes, and procedures in accordance to documented internal standards.
- Asset transport to field locations, shop locations, vendors etc. utilizing knowledge of proper load securement
- Remain safe and proficient in shop crane operation, as well as behind the wheel in all circumstances and conditions
- Use mechanical and power vehicles (forklifts/pallet jacks) to load and unload goods from storage racks and points within our facility to compliment your duties. You will be trained specifically on our company equipment prior to any use of this equipment.
- Safely use hand-tools and various manual methods of material handling required in your daily tasks as required, requiring you to safely lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ensure lifting devices, cranes, and forklifts are inspected and documented daily as per company requirements.
- Assist in the shop; including load/unload equipment, maintain trucks/trailers, equipment assembly/disassembly, shop/yard maintenance
- Assist Project Shop Technicians II, III in daily tasks
- Tear down & rebuild pressure rated equipment.
- Hydrostatic testing of pressure rated equipment.
- Work order assembly for upcoming projects.
- Disassembly of returning equipment from field operations.
- Shipping and receiving of frac equipment.
- Hydraulic torquing – proper training will be given
- Maintain a clean, orderly assembly area by keeping surfaces regularly swept, garbage’s emptied, tools put away, and other such housekeeping duties as deemed necessary.
- Maintain a clean and orderly Innovex fleet vehicle.
- Disposing of worn/damaged equipment, notifying relevant personnel of the need for
Skills
- Class 1 Driver’s License
- Experience Maintaining a safe driving record, as well as both manual and electronic drivers logs.
- Experience on oilfield leases and oilfield roads.
- Fluent in English, must communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Oilfield experience is preferred/ but not required.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Experience with hydraulics, forklifts and basic hand tools is an asset.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Highschool Diploma or G.E.D.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00-$34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
