Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Georgian Chiropractic. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for patients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical and patient support skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently
Manage appointment scheduling
Handle data entry tasks with precision, including filing and record keeping
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and accessible
Assist with clerical duties such as managing correspondence, and supporting office staff with various administrative tasks
Support patients and staff efforts by addressing inquiries professionally and providing support for both in-person visitors and phone callers

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with Aspire chiropractic program would be of benefit but in depth training will be provided
Proven data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Experience working with multi-line phone systems and practicing proper phone etiquette
Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing and record management
Customer service background, especially in medical or dental office settings is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
