Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Manager, where your leadership will shape memorable guest experiences and drive operational excellence. In this vibrant role, you’ll oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Duties

Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and high standards of service
Oversee guest services to ensure a positive experience, addressing guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
Manage staffing schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and support human resources functions such as hiring, training, and development of team members
Develop and monitor budgets, control expenses, and optimize revenue streams to meet financial goals
Implement hotel policies and procedures to maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Promote a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining excellent phone etiquette and ensuring front desk operations run smoothly
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to enhance guest offerings and operational efficiency

Experience

Proven supervising experience in the hospitality or hotel industry with a focus on guest services and team leadership
Strong background in customer service excellence with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in multiple languages or bilingual settings preferred
Demonstrated skills in budgeting, human resources management, and operational planning within a hotel environment
Familiarity with front desk operations, phone etiquette, and hospitality best practices
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clientele effectively
Previous experience in managing hotel departments such as front desk or guest services is advantageous
Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement
