HQ Meats is a premium butcher shop focused on high-quality proteins, prepared foods, and exceptional customer service. We take pride in product knowledge, craftsmanship, cleanliness, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door.

We are looking for a skilled butcher who is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has strong people skills alongside solid cutting ability.

Responsibilities

Cut, trim, portion, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and other proteins
Maintain attractive and well-stocked meat displays
Assist customers with product recommendations, cooking advice, and custom orders
Grind, skewer, marinate, and prepare value-added products
Follow food safety, sanitation, and inventory procedures
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Help with receiving, organization, and rotation of inventory
Maintain a clean and professional workstation
Collaborate with the team to support daily production goals

Qualifications

Previous butcher or meat-cutting experience preferred
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable interacting with customers daily
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Team-oriented mindset
Passion for food, cooking, and hospitality
