Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling cabinets with precision, adhering to detailed schematics and blueprints, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and technical skills are highly valued. Candidates with experience in woodworking, assembly, or related construction trades are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Assemble cabinets according to schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Use hand tools and power tools to accurately cut, fit, and secure components
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure precise assembly
Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to meet company standards
Work with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Assist in the installation of cabinets on-site as needed
Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry, flooring installation, or plumbing when required

Requirements

Proven experience in assembly, woodworking, or cabinetry preferred
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery is a plus
Knowledge of construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or electrical work is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
Prior experience with construction estimating or concrete forming is beneficial but not required
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
