Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative I to join our growing team!
What you’ll do here:

Answer incoming phone calls by demonstrating unparalleled customer service.

Respond to customer questions and adjust related to their customer’s account.

Promote self-service by helping and guiding customers through the various tools available online or on their mobile application.

Send documents or copies of policies to clients.

Respond to the various customer needs related such as answering general questions, proceeding with re-enrollment after a cancellation and solving problems encountered by customers.
