Full job description

KDH is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a Casual basis.

In addition to the Hospital’s requirements for commitment to the Mission and Philosophy of Care the following are requirements for this position:

Qualifications:

B.Sc. Occupational Therapy;
Member of the College of Occupational Therapists;
Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) trained and certified;
Current CPR certificate;
Recent experience with total joint replacement surgery including pre-hab teaching, assessment and in-patient follow-up;
Wheelchair, positioning, ambulation authorizer with Assistive Devices Program;
Preferred member of CAOT and OSOT;
Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be proficient in the use of a computer;

Starting Wage:
$40.36/hour
