As the Finance & Insurance Manager at Subaru of Charlottetown, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless purchasing experience for our customers. Your expertise will guide them in exploring financing options, selecting essential add-ons, and finalizing their vehicle purchase with confidence. Wage Range: 100% Commission – Earning Potential of $85,000+ bonus annually!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitate Financing Options: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.
- Credit Management: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.
- Sales of Add-Ons: Offer valuable products like extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Transaction Completion: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
