Join us welcoming folks as they arrive in Charlotteotwn and purchase tickets to our City Highlights Tour! Working on scheduled cruise ship days, you will work approximately four hours each day, greeting visitors as they arrive, answering questions about our tours, and assisting guests with bookings for our popular 1-hour City Highlights Tour, which operates one to three times daily.
In this customer-facing role, you will process payments by cash or credit card, issue boarding passes, and help ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. You will also provide directions and assistance to guests booked on the Prince Edward Tours "Anne of Green Gables and Our Island Experience" Tour, which departs from Founders Hall.
You will work closely with the City Highlights Tour driver/guide and your supervisor, who will be supporting operations between the port and the Prince Edward Tours kiosk in Founders Hall.

On rainy days, you may work under cover in a shared space with other private tour operators.
