You are not seeking another dead-end labour position.
You want consistent hours, meaningful training, and a crew that takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
You want to learn a skilled trade the right way.
And you want to work alongside people who hold you to a higher standard because they recognize your potential.
Ridgeline Corp builds roofing crews defined by high standards and genuine advancement opportunities. For those entering a Roofing Labourer role, this is an environment where strong performance is recognized and entry-level opportunity can develop into leadership.
We invest in people, not just crews. That means you will be trained, equipped, and expected to conduct yourself professionally from day one.
Your schedule is built around 4 x 10-hour shifts, with overtime available during peak season. You will work on the roof as part of a crew, operate with purpose, develop skills quickly, and see the results of your work at the end of each day.
You will use the starter gear we provide, follow safe work practices, and build capability through practical, hands-on experience. In your first week, you will receive paid Fall Arrest and Basic First Aid certification to help you begin effectively and continue progressing.
This role is important because the crew depends on your reliability and performance. When you arrive on time, work diligently, and remain coachable, you will earn trust, increased responsibility, and a clear path forward.
We maintain a rigorous hiring process and move quickly for the right candidate. You could be hired in as little as 10 days. Due to strong interest, the first few steps are automated to ensure candidates can be considered efficiently.
If you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of applicants.

You will not be left to navigate the role alone. We provide your starter gear: tool set, safety harness, tool pouch, work pants, shirts, and knee pads.
After your 3-month probationary period, permanent staff receive extended health benefits including Group Life Insurance, Accidental Death, Disease & Dismemberment, Dependent Life Insurance, Prescription Drug Coverage, Extended Health Care, and Vision Care.
This is not the right environment for individuals who cut corners, arrive late, smoke on site, or view standards as optional. It is the right environment for those who value accountability, take pride in skilled trade work, and want to build something more meaningful than a paycheque.
Those who succeed here are interested in building a trade career, not simply securing short-term work. Roofing experience is not required. Drive, humility, and a willingness to learn the Ridgeline way are essential.
