Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across clients commercial facilities. This role is vital in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and professional environment for employees and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong work ethic. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-maintained facility while developing skills in cleaning and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in industrial and commercial settings
Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies to maintain floors, restrooms, offices, and production areas
Ensure all cleaning procedures meet health and safety standards
Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other consumables as needed
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and workspaces to promote a safe environment
Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks when required
Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries

Experience

Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Fall Protection or previous safety training is an asset.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures is advantageous
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs consistently.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
