Les gestionnaires d’immeubles sont le premier point de contact pour diriger l’organisation. Ce rôle est principalement responsable de la gestion générale et de la supervision de la propriété, ainsi que de l’encadrement du personnel afin d’assurer un niveau supérieur de collaboration, de service et de soutien aux résidents, garantissant ainsi que Morguard demeure le locateur de choix.
Comment vous ferez la différence
Les gestionnaires d’immeubles sont le premier point de contact pour diriger l’organisation. Ce rôle est principalement responsable de la gestion globale et de la supervision de la propriété afin d’assurer un niveau supérieur de collaboration, de service et de soutien aux résidents. Les gestionnaires d’immeubles adoptent une forte mentalité d’appropriation et mettent l’accent sur le service à la clientèle afin de garantir que Morguard soit le locateur privilégié.
Expertise requise
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou formation générale (GED)
Plus de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle ou dans un rôle connexe
Une expérience en gestion d’immeubles multirésidentiels ou en gestion du service à la clientèle est un atout
Certification SIMDUT (WHMIS) est un atout
Expérience en sécurité-incendie et inspections de bâtiments est un atout
Connaissance des lois, règlements et droits des résidents en vigueur est un atout
Compétences informatiques (suite Microsoft Office, Yardi, courriel, Internet)
Bilinguisme français-anglais requis
Qualifications souhaitées
La capacité de parler d’autres langues est considérée comme un atout.

Where You’ll Add Value
Building Managers are the first point of contact for leading the organization. This role is primarily responsible for the general management and oversight of the property and for the supervision of staff to ensure that a superior level of co-operation, service and support is provided to Residents thereby ensuring that Morguard is the preferred landlord of choice.

The Expertise You’ll Bring
Completion of High School or general education degree (GED)
2+ years of related experience in a customer service or related role
Exposure to multi-residential management or other customer service management would be an asset
WHMIS certification would be an asset
Experience with Fire Life Safety & Building Inspections would be an asset
Knowledge of current laws, legislation and rights concerning residents would be an asset
Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, Email, Internet)
Bilingualism in French and English is required, as we serve both Francophone and Anglophone clients.
