About the Role
We're looking for a highly creative, social-first Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our growing marketing team.
This is a hands-on content role for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves creating content, understands internet culture, and knows what makes people stop scrolling. You'll help bring our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and emerging platforms through content creation, storytelling, community engagement, and trend-driven execution.
You'll be responsible for helping ideate, create, edit, publish, and optimize social content while supporting creator partnerships and influencer campaigns that expand our reach and drive engagement.
If you're constantly saving TikTok trends, filming content ideas in your Notes app, and thinking about how brands can show up more authentically online, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create engaging short-form video and social content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and emerging platforms.
- Film, edit, and produce social-first content that aligns with brand goals and platform best practices.
- Develop UGC-style content concepts that feel authentic, relatable, and native to each platform.
- Write captions, hooks, and creative copy that drive engagement and conversation.
- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and cultural moments to identify content opportunities.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and publishing across social channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives to life through social content.
- Help maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms.
- Support community management by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with our audience.
- Attend occasional content shoots, events, or creator activations to capture social content.
Creator & Influencer Support
- Assist with influencer and creator campaigns from outreach through content delivery.
- Help source creators, ambassadors, and UGC partners aligned with our brand.
- Coordinate creator communications, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Support affiliate and ambassador program initiatives.
- Help identify emerging creators and partnership opportunities across social platforms.
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor social media performance and identify content trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting on social and creator campaign performance.
- Stay informed on social media, wellness, weight loss, and creator economy trends.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and social media best practices.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
- Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong creative instincts and a passion for storytelling.
- Passionate about social media, wellness, health, and helping people improve their lives.
Bonus Points
- Experience growing a personal creator account or managing social media for a brand.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating UGC-style content.
- Experience with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate programs.
- Familiarity with influencer platforms such as GRIN, Aspire, CreatorIQ, or similar tools.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or telehealth industries.
- Photography, videography, or graphic design skills.
