The Senior Director of Operations is at the heart of the company’s growth strategy. Responsible for production and distribution sites in Canada and the United States, you play a key role in expanding capacity, driving operational performance, and building a strong, agile, and forward-thinking organization.

You are an inspiring leader who develops talent, drives change in practices, and propels teams to a higher level of performance.

Develop leadership by mentoring plant managers and building a strong, committed next generation of leaders

Your Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Over 15 years of experience in operations management, with significant experience in multi-site environments and team engagement
Recognized for inspiring leadership that rallies, influences, and drives multidisciplinary teams forward
Ability to develop talent, nurture leaders, and foster a culture of accountability and performance
Excellent ability to navigate complexity, resolve issues with sound judgment, and make strategic decisions that drive results
Agility and a hands-on approach, with a willingness to travel between sites as needed by the plants and customers
Proficiency in quality, health, and safety environments, with a constant focus on rigor, compliance, and operational excellence
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, to effectively support our operations outside of Quebec
