A WORD ABOUT US
We come from many different places, but what unites us is our passion. At Moment Factory, each new project is a blank page awaiting the creativity and talent of our whole team, no matter the individual responsibilities, roles, or fields. Our desire to innovate, to take risks, and to learn from our mistakes and from each other is what allows us to create collective projects that go above and beyond. Today, thanks to a team of 450 creative minds, we have been able to create immersive multimedia environments for artists, museums, airports, brands, theme parks and events, as well as our signature shows. No matter the canvas – be it film, lighting, multimedia architecture, sound design, special effects, or interactive projects – the thirst for experimentation and innovation is at the core of our DNA.
YOUR TEAM
The team designs the strategic visions, development programming, and experiential master plans that define the future of major real estate, tourism, and urban developments globally. We operate upstream, at the intersection of architecture, urban planning, and experiential storytelling to create experience-led public spaces.
Our team stands out for its collaborative and resolutely multidisciplinary culture. Far from traditional silos, we rely on collective intelligence to advance concepts seamlessly. Knowing that experiential differentiation has emerged as the defining factor in how districts are perceived and valued, we collaborate with world-class partners to design spaces that act as a living experience system rather than just physical locations.
Our unit focuses exclusively on the consulting, visioning, and macro-planning phase (the "blueprint"). We do not produce or deliver any pure multimedia content or final physical experience integration at this stage.
YOUR MISSION
As a strategic and operational leader from the world of architecture, urban planning, or landscape architecture, you possess a unique hybrid profile. You are both a seasoned project manager with absolute rigor and a hands-on collaborator capable of contributing intelligently to the creation of a complex public space.
Your role is to lead intricate, high-value strategic consulting mandates from A to Z. You bridge the client's business ambitions with spatial and narrative concepts, treating the environment as a human experience platform that prioritizes comfort, accessibility, and engagement. You will rigorously orchestrate the triple constraints (budgets, schedules, resources) while ensuring the delivery of a coherent experiential journey across all nodes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Rigorous Project Management & Operations
Lifecycle Management: Lead mandates through the various consulting phases (from initial mapping to the final 100% pre-concept presentation).
Delivery Strategy: Establish mandate delivery strategies, design detailed schedules, and master the critical path to ensure the continuity of the experience.
Casting & Resources: Assemble, align, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of internal experts (including acoustic, sensory, and lighting consultants) needed for each mandate.
2. Active Collaboration in Master Planning
Hands-on Contribution: Actively participate in structuring the master planning logic, ensuring the space succeeds as both a journey and a series of destinations.
Spatial & Technical Framing: Translate creative visions into tangible spatial intentions, advocating for multi-sensory, environmental, and human-centric design.
Strategic Interfacing: Act as the primary link for external architects and urban planners to integrate flexible infrastructure (power, AV, smart systems) early in the macro plans.
3. Client Partnership, Commercial & Financial Alignment
Executive Client Liaison: Manage day-to-day business relationships and facilitate co-creation workshops internationally.
Financial Ownership: Assume full financial responsibility for projects, actively supporting the client in creating a robust revenue-generation stream and monetization strategy from the experiential spaces.
Contracts, Feasibility & Risks: Oversee legal frameworks and IP agreements. Collaborate with technical leads to mitigate risks and ensure spaces can support layered programming (from baseline daily use to peak festival events).
YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDES
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or Spatial Design.
Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience in managing complex projects (master planning mandates, major urban projects, or large-scale architectural projects).
Business Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing complex budgets (P&L), negotiating service contracts, and conceptualizing ROM budgets.
Architectural Literacy: Deep understanding of architectural design phases and a strong openness to integrating interactive technology, digital wayfinding, and augmented reality into physical spaces.
Technical Understanding: Proficiency to read, model, and analyze plans in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or 3D tools.
Languages: Perfect bilingualism in French and English (written/spoken).
