The role:
The Content Enablement Content Analyst is a key role within Invesco’s Global Content Enablement team, supporting the Americas & EMEA Marketing organization. This position executes the content strategy and roadmap to enhance the quality, accessibility, and usability of content across the EMEA region. The role focuses on building and managing content infrastructure, ensuring accurate categorization, distribution, and access across platforms and audiences. It partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver consistent, well-governed content solutions and ensure requirements are clearly defined and tested. This hands-on role is critical to improving content quality and driving engagement, ultimately enabling a stronger client and investment experience.
Responsibilities of the role:

Provides analytics support primarily for EMEA content domains, with additional support for North America.

Partners closely with EMEA Content Product Owners to deliver analysis across development, deployment, and research initiatives.

Defines and standardizes content quality metrics, building reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into content performance for senior leadership.

Collaborates with EMEA and NA domain experts to develop and maintain global taxonomy, aligning stakeholders to standardized definitions and fields.

Bridges business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and align with strategic priorities.

Maps business processes, develops expertise in content sources, and provides recommendations to improve content effectiveness.

Translates stakeholder needs into user stories and supports execution of content initiatives, including testing, impact analysis, and cross-team coordination.

Leads governance and documentation efforts, including content quality monitoring, process improvement, issue escalation, and maintaining records in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Requirements of the role:
- Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in technology platforms, project management, or content development and distribution.

Experience with CMS and/or DAM platforms, content lifecycle management, and content migrations, including API-based integrations.

Familiarity with AI-assisted content analysis and UX or digital marketing concepts.

Strong skills in workflow/process mapping, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

Advanced technical proficiency, including SQL and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables; VBA a plus), along with strong desktop tool capabilities.

Strong analytical and statistical reasoning skills, with ability to organize, analyze, and communicate large data sets with accuracy and attention to detail.

Knowledge of content categorization (campaign, program, asset class, product), with preferred experience in investment or asset management content.

Client-focused, execution-oriented professional with strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and influencing skills, plus a data-driven approach to measuring content performance and impact.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $61,000 per year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
