Position Overview
Jereh Canada Corporation is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist in Red Deer to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, and domestic and cross-border shipment coordination for aftermarket parts, tools, and oilfield service equipment.
This is a hands-on warehouse and logistics role supporting the Red Deer warehouse and aftermarket service operations. The position is responsible for accurate material movement, inventory tracking, shipment documentation, parts staging, warehouse organization, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, staging, kitting, and inventory movement for the Red Deer warehouse and aftermarket operations.
- Receive, inspect, label, store, and stage parts, tools, components, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, receiving verification, part tracking, and system updates.
- Support aftermarket service, field service, and operations teams by ensuring materials, parts, tools, and equipment are available when needed.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, customs documents, delivery records, and shipment records.
- Coordinate domestic Canadian, cross-border, and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support trade compliance activities including HS code review, customs documentation, country-of-origin verification, shipment records, and broker coordination.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, receiving issues, shipment delays, freight concerns, and documentation errors.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company safety procedures.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, material staging, safe storage practices, and compliant work practices.
- Track shipment status and provide timely updates to the Aftermarket Service Manager and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate with aftermarket service, field service, procurement, logistics, finance, and operations teams to support timely material flow.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory accuracy, warehouse layout, shipping processes, parts control, and logistics efficiency.
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, shipping and receiving, material coordination, or parts support.
- Experience using ERP, SAP, WMS, Oracle, JDE, or similar inventory or logistics systems.
- Working knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, order fulfillment, receiving, shipping documentation, and material movement.
- Experience preparing or reviewing bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, customs documents, or shipment records.
- Ability to work onsite at the Red Deer warehouse and support business operations as needed.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with service, operations, vendors, and carriers.
- Ability to lift, move, stage, and handle warehouse materials safely.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in oil and gas, industrial equipment, manufacturing, aftermarket service, field service support, or heavy equipment environments.
- Experience supporting logistics, parts, or warehouse operations for fracturing equipment, cementing equipment, coil tubing equipment, pumps, power generation, or oilfield service equipment.
- Exposure to Canadian customs documentation, HS codes, import/export processes, freight forwarding, customs broker coordination, or cross-border shipment support.
- Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience.
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, vendors, and field service teams.
- Experience supporting inventory process improvement, warehouse optimization, logistics efficiency, parts control, or cycle count programs.
- WHMIS, H2S Alive, CSTS, First Aid, forklift certification, or similar safety credentials preferred.
- Bilingual skills are considered an asset.
