We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Ag Territory Sales Representative to join our Red Deer team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career or looking for a career change in sales who wants structured development, strong income potential, and a clear path into future leadership, while still maintaining flexibility and independence, day to day.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Central Alberta area
- Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs
- Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking
- Develop new business through prospecting and referrals
- Build long term relationships with members
- Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
- Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development
Who Succeeds in this Role
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
- Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth
- Comfortable working in a field-based role
- Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

- You will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $120,000+.
