Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barber or Stylist to join our team in Red Deer. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional grooming experiences . Your work will contribute to our mission of making every client feel confident and refreshed.
Responsibilities

Provide professional haircuts and styling services tailored to each client's preferences.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the workspace.
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their needs.
Promote retail products and upsell services to enhance the client experience.
Keep up-to-date with the latest haircutting trends and techniques.
Ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk, managing appointments and client inquiries.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a barber or stylist with strong hair styling skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of sanitation standards within the salon industry.
Ability to promote products and upsell services effectively.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for grooming.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends and client preferences.

This is a commission based position, the amount you can potentially earn is based on your skill level and consistency . With generous gratuities, you can expect an additional $8-10/hr.

Pay: $15.00-$66.94 per hour
