We are an Alberta-based industrial contractor with over 25 years of experience in fabrication, construction, and maintenance across the energy sector.
Our Nisku operations support module fabrication, structural steel assembly, and pressure piping projects in a controlled, organized environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control project documentation using Microsoft SharePoint
- Generate, track, and distribute transmittals and document revisions
- Upload and maintain current versions of project documents
- Log and track RFIs, change documents (CSEs), and project correspondence
- Maintain document control systems including revision tracking and colour coding
- Support turnover documentation and project close-out packages
- Track equipment inspection reports and project records
- Coordinate document flow between internal teams and client stakeholders
What You Bring
- Experience in Document Control, Turnover, or QA/QC Administration
- Experience working in industrial construction, oil & gas, or fabrication environments
- Experience with SharePoint (required)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and document management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a camp-based, rotation schedule environment
- Commitment to a safety-focused work environment
