Summary

We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team at Glacier Maintenance. This part time position is essential for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at a factory location in Haley Station.

Reports to: Area Supervisor

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Follow established cleaning procedures/supply replenishment and safety protocols to areas such as washrooms, lunchrooms, hallways, offices, common areas and other tasks as required.
Use of auto scrubber - this can be trained.
Waxing floors, carpet cleaning
Following all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently.
Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties effectively.
Steel toed footwear
A Clean criminal background required, a CPIC will be required prior to start date.

Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Rate: $19.00/hr

Vacancies: 1 position
