Job Description:
We’re looking for a talented and passionate carpenter to join our team—someone with a great eye for detail who takes pride in their craftsmanship and consistently delivers high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various aspects of home renovation such as kitchen, bathroom, siding, decks.
- Perform trim carpentry, millwork installation, timber framing, framing, concrete
- Install windows and doors
- Read and interpret plans, take accurate measurements
- Collaborate with other trades and team members on job sites
- Assist with material ordering
- Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in carpentry, including finishing and renovation
- Experience with high end finishing
- Ability to read construction plans and use layout tools
- Proficient and skilled with hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Journeyman ticket or equivalent
