About the Role
This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven leader to shape the future of a thriving construction business.
As Operations Manager, you’ll be pivotal to Absolute’s next chapter—driving strategic growth, optimizing operations, and leading high-performing teams to elevate both project execution and profitability. You’ll champion a collaborative, accountable culture where mentorship and developing people are just as important as delivering projects.
Reporting directly to ownership, you’re the integrator between strategy and execution. You’ll ensure every active project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the standard our reputation demands. You’ll represent Absolute at the senior level across all client and trade relationships, and you’ll bring the passion and drive to push the business forward.
Who You Are
You’re a strategic, entrepreneurial construction leader with 10+ years of experience in a general contracting environment and a proven ability to drive business growth. You have deep knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, regulations, and safety standards—paired with strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and improving project profitability.
You build strong teams, not just manage them. You develop people, set clear expectations, and create an environment where accountability and craftsmanship go hand in hand. You’re driven by results: projects delivered on time and on budget, healthy margins, and client relationships that lead to repeat work.
You’re comfortable following strategic direction from ownership while leading everything beneath it, and you take full ownership of your team’s growth, performance, and outcomes. You understand and embrace Absolute’s mission, vision, and values, and you’re ready to bring your experience to a growing company that does things right.
