Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Actively prospect and generate your own leads through community engagement and outreach
Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to educate families on available options
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all client interactions
Collaborate with teammates and leadership to exceed individual and team targets
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market dynamics
Deliver compassionate, ethical, and service-oriented client experiences
Meet with families at the time of passing to process any At-Need paperwork and to determine a final resting place for their loved one

Qualifications:

Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred (but not required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow within a structured training program
Compassion and professionalism in client interactions
Ability to communicate in clients’ preferred languages, including Cantonese, is an asset, though not a requirement for the position

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time
Location: In-person between multiple locations in the Fraser Valley
Pay: $37,960 – $150,000+ per year (Base + Commission)
Additional Pay: Uncapped Commission and Bonuses available
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed
