Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting landscape maintenance, lawn care, and hardscape projects. Your enthusiasm and hands-on skills will help us deliver top-quality outdoor spaces that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform landscaping duties efficiently.
Support the installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
Perform lawn care activities like aeration, fertilization, edging, and seasonal cleanup.
Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting components to ensure proper watering.
Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth.
Help with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.

Experience

Basic mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools.
Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators is a plus.
Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care practices.
Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
Prior experience in construction or hardscape installation is beneficial but not required.
