Full job description

Dental Administrative Assistant / Dental Secretary for Dr. Lauren Spevack, Periodontist / Parodontiste

Maternity Leave Replacement with Potential for Long-Term Employment

30-35 hours/week with paid vacation to start, and potential to move up to 40 hours.

7:30am - 4:30pm. Monday - Thursday No evenings / weekends!

Working English & French required. Near metro/bus and free street parking.

Dental experience preferred but not required. Currently using Dentitek, Dexis and Florida probe. Ideal applicant would have previous dental assistant or dental office experience and comfortable with occasional sterilization aid.

Salary based on qualification / experience 20-35$/ hour.

Looking for a caring and compassionate Dental Administrative Assistant / Dental Secretary with strong organizational skills, customer service, self-motivated, friendly and energetic, ability to multitask and work in a team environment, and willingness to learn!

We are a boutique dental specialty (Periodontist) practice in Westmount that prides itself on the highest quality of periodontal care, personalized to each patient. Come and join a small dynamic team with great work ambience and growth potential!

Tasks include:

-Welcoming patients, answer their concerns/questions, booking their appointments and processing their payments.

-Managing the clinic's schedule/appointments for the periodontists and hygienists.

-Generate daily sales reports and prepare bank deposits.

-Coordinate patient treatments between dental offices
