Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting for a Receptionist for a leave coverage opportunity with an established wealth management company in the Saint John, New Brunswick area. This position is ideal for a friendly, polished, and professional individual with strong communication and organizational skills who is comfortable working in a high end client facing environment.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will be expected to provide a consistently professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner.
Communicate with clients and customers with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings between clients and advisors.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and assist with filing and organizing documents.
Maintain an organized and professional reception and office area.
Monitor office inventory and order office supplies, food, and other necessary items as required.
Assist with general administrative and office duties as required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information and documentation.
Perform other related reception and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred.
Friendly, approachable, and professional personality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate with high-net-worth clients in a polished and professional manner.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive client information.
Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a professional office environment.
Clean Criminal Record Check, bondable status, and credit check are required.

What We Offer

$22.00/hour plus 4% vacation pay
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Leave of absence coverage opportunity
Opportunity to gain experience within an established wealth management company

Weekly payroll through direct deposit

Work Environment

This position is located within an established wealth management company serving high-net-worth clients. The company provides full service financial solutions, including insurance, wealth management and financial planning, and investment services.

The successful candidate must be comfortable interacting with clients in a professional and polished environment and maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times.

Dress Code & Appearance:
Business formal attire is required. Candidates must maintain a polished, professional, and well-groomed appearance appropriate for a high-end wealth management environment and client facing role. Clothing must be clean, neat, conservative, and workplace appropriate. Candidates are expected to present themselves in a manner that reflects the professional nature of the company and its clientele.
