Full job description

We are currently looking for a part-time Office Administration / Estimating & Project Coordination Assistant to help support our office, estimating process, and day-to-day project coordination.

This role would be a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with clients and suppliers, and interested in being involved in the behind-the-scenes side of renovation projects.

You do not need to know everything on day one — training will be provided for the right person — but a background in construction, administration, estimating, or project coordination would be a strong asset.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with the preparation of estimates, quotes, and project documents
Attending site visits to take measurements, photos, and notes
Coordinating supplier pricing and subcontractor information
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and project-related tasks
Communicating with clients by phone and email
Assisting with invoicing and general office administration
Organizing digital documents, spreadsheets, and project information
Supporting daily office and project coordination tasks as needed

Qualifications

Experience in construction, office administration, estimating support, or project coordination considered an asset
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort using email, Excel, Google Sheets, and digital documents
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong attention to detail
A positive, professional, and reliable attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
