Front Receptionist for Vernon Toyota

Position Summary:

Vernon Toyota is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of our Full-Time Front-End Receptionist. We are looking for a friendly, positive, and high energy person who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people every day and being the welcoming face of our organization.

· This is a full-time position 5 days per week, 8 Hour shifts Monday - Friday

· Competitive wage based on experience

· Benefit package after 3 months of employment

· Staff Pricing on service and parts

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Greeting and assisting all customers, in phone or in person, in a welcoming and timely manner.

· Providing reception duties such as reconciling daily cash, posting various items into company software, preparing bank deposits, mail duties, front desk organization, etc.

· Providing support for both the Sales, Service, and accounting teams as needed.

· Booking in vehicle inventory, inventory control, dealer trades, etc.

· Processing credit card payments and collecting payment for invoices.

· Managing all office supplies and reordering when required.

· Performing basic office tasks such as filing, letters, emails, and couriers etc.

Qualifications:

· Previous or similar work experience of one year or more.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer skills preferred.

· Experience with a multi line phone system and various office equipment is required.

· Should be able to communicate effectively and courteously to all staff and customers through phone or in person.

· Ability to perform basic math calculations.

· Has strong organizational skills, is able to multitask, and comfortable in a busy environment.

· Should have good time management skills with an attention to accuracy in their work.

· Must be a reliable and self-motivated person and able to work as a team player.
