We are growing fast and looking for an enthusiastic Junior Water Treatment Technician to join our team in Salmon Arm!

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Technician, you will work alongside our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of the trade. Your core responsibilities will include:

Installing residential and commercial water treatment systems (softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration units, etc.).
Servicing and maintaining existing systems to ensure peak performance and water quality.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical or water flow issues.
Interacting with customers politely and professionally, explaining how their new systems work.
Maintaining a clean, organized service vehicle and workspace.

What We Are Looking For

Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to master a new trade and take direction well.
Mechanically Inclined: Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (basic plumbing or electrical familiarity is a major asset but not required).
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (e.g., salt bags, filtration tanks) and work in tight spaces when necessary.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to work an immediate start.
Driver's License: A valid clean driver’s license is required to operate company vehicles.
Customer-First Attitude: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when dealing with clients.
