About Us
We’re a growing automotive dealership dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to our customers. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated F&I Manager to join our team and help drive profitability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do
As our F&I Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping customers secure financing, insurance, and value-added products. You’ll work closely with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers (loans, warranties, credit and life insurance, etc.).
Clearly explain aftermarket products and extended warranties.
Prepare and process accurate finance and lease documentation for lender approvals and funding.
Maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and insurance providers to secure competitive rates.
Ensure every customer is offered F&I options through a consistent sales process.
Generate reports on finance penetration and assist in forecasting with the sales team.
Ensure all fees are collected and documented properly.
Stay current with industry training and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Professional appearance and high ethical standards.
Knowledge of federal and provincial regulations affecting automotive finance.
Proficiency with documentation and reporting.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of relevant experience in automotive finance, insurance, or a related field.

Required Licenses/Certifications

Valid Driver’s License
OMVIC License
Manufacturer Training (or willingness to complete)
