Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) independently across a variety of industries, business sizes, and goals.
Develop creative concepts, ad copy, campaign messaging, and other marketing copy to support paid campaigns and client initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make both tactical optimizations and strategic recommendations to improve results.
Analyze campaign data to uncover insights, drive decisions, and present clear, actionable reports to internal teams and clients.
Manage and allocate client ad budgets efficiently, providing recommendations for budget adjustments across platforms to maximize return on investment.
Set up, manage, and optimize cold email outreach systems and campaigns, including:
Configuring sending platforms and launching campaigns.
Developing cold email copy, scripts, sequences, and messaging.
Supporting and training internal team members on reply management, lead qualification, and meeting booking.
Monitoring campaign performance and recommending ongoing optimizations to improve deliverability, response rates, and qualified leads.
Set clear benchmarks for success and implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) quickly and effectively.
Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, feedback, and project timelines.
Support paid media and marketing execution across a larger portfolio of client accounts, working closely with strategists and account leads to keep campaigns moving efficiently.
Contribute to improving internal paid media processes and testing new strategies to drive better results.
Collaborate with external vendors or platform partners as needed to support client campaigns.
Embrace and experiment with AI tools to improve campaign performance and workflow efficiency.
Leverage internal tools and systems to streamline campaign management, reporting, and collaboration.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing strategic insights, expert guidance, and measurable results.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

Manage reporting and analytics for various social media channels and ad campaigns, delivering actionable insights.
Manage ad spend and results of 10+ clients.
Manage up to $1,000,000 in ad spend.
Maintain strong deliverability and continuously improve reply rates, qualified lead volume, and meetings booked through outbound campaigns.
Produce effective ad creative, campaign messaging, and copy that contributes to improved engagement and conversion performance.
Client satisfaction and retention.
Improve website traffic and conversion rates from paid channels.
Maintain a positive ROI on ad investments.
Reduce cost-per-click and cost-per-acquisition while improving ad efficiency.
Increase click-through rates (CTR) and ad relevance scores.
Ensure advertising budgets are used effectively and cost-efficiently.

The Experience & Qualifications You Bring:

3+ years of experience in marketing, ads management, or a related position, preferably in an agency setting
Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing, specifically in Lead Gen or B2B
Proven experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, and adjustment of paid search campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Analytics.
Strong social media content and ad management experience (Meta, X, LinkedIn).
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and impactful ideas for marketing campaigns and content strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on performance data and client feedback.
In-depth understanding of industry trends in marketing, advertising, and communications.
Experience working with database management tools to bring in and manage leads.
A data-driven mind and methodical ability to sift through raw statistics and metrics.
Great copywriting skills.
