Savanna Drilling is now accepting applications for all drilling rig positions across Saskatchewan. As we continue expanding our operations, we're looking for hardworking, safety-focused individuals to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced rig hand or looking to continue building your career in drilling, Savanna offers steady work, competitive wages, industry-leading benefits, and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Competitive Wages:

Floorhand - $40.60/hr
Motorhand - $42.80/hr
Derrickhand - $48.70/hr
Driller - $55.70/hr

Work Schedule:

12-hour shifts with regular overtime opportunities
Typical rotations of 14/7 or 20/10 (project dependent)
Consistent rotational schedules with time off between hitches

What You'll Do:

As part of our drilling rig crews, you'll help ensure safe and efficient drilling operations while working alongside experienced professionals. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with daily drilling operations
Handling drill pipe and rig equipment
Performing rig maintenance and housekeeping
Following safe work procedures and company policies
Identifying and reporting workplace hazards
Working as part of a team in a physically demanding environment
Participating in ongoing safety meetings and training

What You'll Need:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to successfully complete Savanna's pre-employment testing and fitness assessment
Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
