Progressive Steps Training & Consultation Inc. (PSTC) is seeking a passionate Full-Time Lead Therapist to serve clients in East Toronto, Scarborough & North York. Some sessions at our centre in Ajax may also be required.

PSTC provides fun, safe, ethical, and effective ABA services for individuals aged 6+ with autism and developmental disabilities. We prioritize celebrating neurodiversity while delivering evidence-based interventions that truly make a difference in people's lives.

Schedule: Scheduled sessions may start as early as 11 am and go as late as 8 pm. Flexibility to meet the needs of our clients is required.

What You'll Do:

Implement 1:1 ABA services in homes and at our Progressive Life Centre
Facilitate engaging group programs for children, teens, and adults
Participate in behavioural assessments and intervention planning
Conduct assessments using tools like ABLLS, VB-MAPP, EFL, AFLS, and PEAK
Provide parent and staff training
Collaborate with our supportive multidisciplinary team
Contribute to program development and data analysis

Required Qualifications:

College diploma or undergraduate degree in Behaviour Science, ABA, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years ABA implementation experience
Valid First Aid & CPR training
Current Police Vulnerable Sector Screening
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with teens/adults with ASD preferred
Experience with Skill-Based Treatment and/or trauma informed apporach to challenging behaviour
