THE ROLE
As the Marketing Co-ordinator, you will support day-to-day marketing across multiple brands in our portfolio, creating engaging digital content, growing social media presence, and executing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, email, and influencer channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage content for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, short-form video, posts)
- Support execution of digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and web
- Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across multiple businesses
- Assist with influencer outreach, coordination, and campaign execution
- Support email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar) including content and scheduling
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports and insights
- Stay current on social trends and contribute creative content ideas
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or content coordination
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content
- Hands-on experience creating social media content (Reels, video, and visual posts)
- Proficiency with Canva and/or CapCut (Adobe Suite is an asset)
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Agency experience or exposure to multi-brand, multi-vertical environments (e.g., family offices, holding companies)
- Experience in real estate, healthcare, hospitality, aesthetics, or lifestyle industries
- Copywriting
- Basic understanding of SEO and paid social advertising (Meta/Google Ads)
- Experience with influencer marketing or brand partnerships
