Payroll Clerk / Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing as the Payroll Administrator

Process biweekly payroll in QBO using approved timecard data
Reconcile payroll, deductions, banked time, and sick days
Manage source deductions, RRSP submissions, and benefits updates
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and prepare ROEs
Track apprenticeship hours and maintain records
Manage miscellaneous payroll deductions
Oversee vacation scheduling and ensure operational coverage
Support T4 preparation and assist with job costing adjustments

About You as the Payroll Administrator

Have hands-on full cycle payroll experience (from time card entry to processing.)
Have experience reconciling payroll across multiple data sources
Comfortable using Excel to track hours, remittances and PTO
Completion of formal payroll education (e.g., PCP or equivalent)
Have 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience
