Job Overview
We are seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to join our wellness team. You will be the face of our clinic, creating a welcoming environment for patients while keeping daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate balances excellent people skills with strong multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly upon arrival and departure.
Schedule and manage chiropractic and massage appointments efficiently.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
Manage patient forms and digital files.

Billing and Administration

Process payments and issue receipts.
Submit insurance claims and billing.
Track clinic inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
Maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Clinical Support

Escort patients to treatment rooms.
Flip and sanitize treatment tables between appointments.
Assist chiropractors with basic daily scheduling adjustments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Office experience involving administrative tasks, multi-line phone systems, and patient interaction is required.
Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with the clinic management software program Jane would be an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive health information confidentiality.
