Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Lash Technician and unleash your passion for beauty and self-care! In this energetic role, you will provide expert eyelash extension services, enhancing our clients’ natural beauty with precision and flair. Your enthusiasm for the latest trends in lash artistry, combined with exceptional guest service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel confident and pampered. This paid position offers opportunities to grow your skills in a vibrant, supportive setting while helping clients look and feel their best every day.

Responsibilities

Perform eyelash extension applications with attention to detail, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction
Deliver personalized consultations to understand each client’s desired look and recommend suitable lash styles
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all procedures to ensure client safety
Provide excellent guest services by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Assist with retail sales of lash products, makeup, nail care items, and other beauty accessories through product demos and upselling techniques
Support front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and answering inquiries promptly
Promote additional services like body waxing, hair styling, or makeup application to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements

Proven experience or certification in eyelash extensions; additional skills in makeup application, nail care, or body waxing are a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills to connect with diverse clients confidently
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while delivering high-quality beauty services
Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred; enthusiasm for upselling and product demos is highly valued
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or peak hours as needed in a fast-paced setting
A passion for the beauty industry and staying current with trends in lash artistry and overall wellness
