Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Family Assistant/House Manager to support the daily operations of a busy household. The Family Assistant/House Manager will serve as the central point of contact for household management, ensuring that all aspects of the home run smoothly, efficiently, and with a positive, energetic attitude. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily household operations, including; Walking three year old golden retriever, Meal prepping and grocery ordering, Cleaning and organizing home, managing household supplies, and coordinating maintenance services
- Assist with family logistics such as transportation arrangements, event planning, and Shopping as required (car can be provided)
- Create and organize household calendars, appointments, and activities to optimize time management for family members
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, bill payments, and record keeping with attention to detail
- Support family members with personal errands or special projects as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment by doing laundry service and turnovers, Dishes, and general cleaning.
- Helping with newborn baby throughout nights and days as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in household management or family assistance roles with excellent organizational skills
- Past experience in Nanny services or working with newborns is preferred
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with family members, and services.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and needs within the household
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling personal information and sensitive matters
- Proficiency in basic technology tools such as calendar apps, email correspondence, and household management software
- Energetic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the family’s lifestyle need
This role is ideal for an energetic professional who is passionate about creating a seamless home experience while helping a young professional couple balance home and work life.
This Position will provide free living within in large home In Saanich and Vancouver for one candidate (Live in must be available)
This position requires flexibility to travel between Vancouver and Victoria frequently to secondary home.

The postion currently is helping a young Entrepreneurial couple with a well trained dog and then turns into a hybrid nanny role with expecting newborn on the way in March 2027.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
