Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Soft Serve & Taiyaki Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest service while preparing delicious treats. The ideal candidate is passionate about food service, enjoys engaging with customers, and thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hospitality skills and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve soft serve ice cream and Taiyaki desserts with attention to quality and presentation
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
Assist in managing guest inquiries, providing information about menu items, and promoting specials
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting positively with guests of all ages, including children
Uphold health and safety standards in food handling and guest interactions

Experience

Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Working with children or engaging in public speaking is a plus, demonstrating comfort in interacting with diverse guests
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is advantageous
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Passion for food presentation and creating enjoyable guest experiences
