Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling and cashiering practices.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers interested in technology products.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, as well as assist with merchandising tasks throughout the store.
Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all questions are answered promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Proficiency in technology sales, including familiarity with product demos and technical specifications.
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
