With over 35 years of experience Carleton Kitchen & Bath has a long and successful history of exceeding expectations – right from the initial consultation through to construction. We pride ourselves on not only our renovation expertise, but the client feedback and relationships that we have built along the way.

We are a full-service home renovation company based in Carleton Place that specializes in kitchens and bathrooms. We work in the City of Ottawa and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking a Lead Carpenter with minimum 5 years experience in residential renovations. Ideal candidate would be able to show their fine workmanship in both kitchens & bathrooms.

Responsibilities

Performs renovation and installation work according to project plans and industry standards
Supervises sub trades and carpenter assistant(s) where required
Maintains a professional demeanour in all interactions with client
Maintains job site safety & exceptional cleanliness

Qualifications

High level of personal integrity
Extremely organized with attention to detail
Possess a high desire to exceed clients expectations
Experience as a finish carpenter
Must have tiling experience
Strong communication skills
Must have own tools

Competitive salary based on skill level & experience.

Company vehicle provided (clean required driving record required).

Health plan and tool allowance included.
