We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and energetic Outreach Specialist to join our team in Ottawa and play a key role in creating new business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Outreach Specialist, your primary responsibility is generating new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial market.
You will:
- Identify and research target companies and decision-makers
- Conduct proactive outreach through phone calls, email, networking, and in-person engagement
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team
- Build relationships with facility managers, operations leaders, property managers, business owners, and executive decision-makers
- Maintain and manage prospect activity within our CRM
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support proposal development and project opportunities
- Consistently build and expand your pipeline of qualified prospects

This is an Ottawa-based position and requires working in person from our Ottawa office. Applicants must currently reside in the Ottawa region or be willing to relocate prior to employment.
