About the Role
Reporting to the Founder + Principal, the Executive Assistant + Office Manager provides high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the effectiveness of leadership and the smooth day-to-day functioning of the firm.
This role serves as a central point of coordination across the organization, supporting executive scheduling, client service, and internal operations. The Executive Assistant + Office Manager plays a critical role in enabling business efficiency and continuity, acting as both a trusted administrative partner to leadership and an operational anchor for the team.
A key component of the position is ownership of internal systems and operational processes. The role also carries significant responsibility for financial coordination and tracking. This includes preparing and issuing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, forecasting revenue, and supporting financial planning by tracking expected income and expenditures. The Executive Assistant + Office Manager works closely with leadership to ensure financial processes are maintained, budgets are monitored, and the team remains aligned with business targets. In addition, the role provides coordination and oversight of select internal functions, including marketing initiatives and administrative workflows, ensuring priorities are tracked and executed effectively.
