Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support real estate operations through efficient administrative management, agent interaction, on a time sensitive basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for real estate and customer service excellence. Previous administrative experience in a similar role is an asset.

Duties

Manage and organize property listings, contracts, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and updating online listings and social media
Communicate effectively with team members via phone, email, and in person
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and maintaining listing databases
Provide exceptional back end support to our team of Realtors
Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Experience

Prior administrative experience is preferred, especially within real estate or property management sectors, is a bonus
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with established professional
Experience in marketing or familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
