Nonna Pia’s is looking for a Sales Administrative Coordinator to join our growing food company in a full-time, salaried role supporting our sales team. This is an 18-month maternity leave position with a salary range of $50,000–$55,000 per year. The role is hybrid between Whistler (Function Junction) and Squamish.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, takes pride in their work, and wants to learn how a growing food business supports major retailers, distributors, and grocery partners, including Costco and other leading grocery retailers. We are more interested in hiring for aptitude and training for skill than finding someone with a specific background.
Nonna Pia’s is known for high-quality, great-tasting foods made with care. As a certified B Corp, we are committed to building a responsible business while continuing to grow across Canada and the United States.
