As the Manager of Data Analytics and Insights, I lead a talented and collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality data solutions that support informed decision-making across the organization.
Our team is made up of skilled data engineers and data analysts who work closely together to ingest, transform, and position data so that it is accessible, reliable, and actionable for our program areas. We play a critical role in turning raw data into meaningful insights—ensuring stakeholders have the right information, at the right time, to drive strategic outcomes. Our focus is not just on delivering data, but on delivering value.

In this role, you will:
Build data science and analytics solutions
- Design, develop, test and improve data science, machine learning, and AI solutions
- Create predictive, diagnostic, and prescriptive models
- Translate business problems into technical solutions that deliver measurable value
Work across the full data lifecycle
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and data platforms
- Prepare and transform large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured)
- Ensure data is accurate, usable, and ready for analysis
Deliver insights that people can use
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Communicate findings in a clear, accessible way
- Support stakeholders in understanding and using data independently
Lead and collaborate
- Guide projects through discovery, design, and delivery phases
- Partner with clients to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership within the team
who combines strong technical expertise with collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured)
- Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and prepare data for analysis
- Understanding of data quality, validation, and data structures (e.g., data lakes or warehouses)
- Experience developing and maintaining data and analytics solutions using languages such as Python, SQL, R, or Scala
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Spark)
- Understanding of software development practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and working in shared code environments
- Experience developing machine learning models and statistical analyses to generate insights
- Ability to apply predictive and advanced analytics to solve business problems
- Familiarity with a range of data science techniques to explore and interpret data
- Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective, data-driven solutions
- Experience working with partners to understand needs and recommend approaches
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, accessible way
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment, including sharing knowledge or mentoring others
- Ability to contribute to high-quality, reliable project outcomes
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and security principles
