Full job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Therapist to join our team within the Hamilton/Niagara region to provide support to our families and staff.

Qualifications:

Must Possess a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or working towards its completion of, or working towards, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A.-Ont.) certification
A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the delivery of ABA services
A minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision of ABA/IBI programs.
Must have strong knowledge and experience in ABA teaching strategies, curriculum-based assessments, individualized behaviour reduction programs.
Must have an excellent management, problem solving, communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
Available to work during weekdays, weekends (Saturday's) and/or evenings based on clients' needs.
Recent Police Check (not older than 6 months)
Access to a vehicle

Responsibilities and Duties

Evaluates, develops, implements, and monitors client specific intervention programming/behaviour plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental disabilities.
Conducting a variety of assessment (ex: ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK)
Designing individualized programming.
Provides clinical training and supervision to a team of Instructor Therapists who implement Intensive Behavioral Intervention (IBI) / ABA Programs in both one-to-one and group settings
Conduct parent coaching through the use of a BST model.
Monitors the quality and consistent delivery of the program.
Work collaboratively with the clinical team.
Follows standards, policies, and procedures of the company.
Reports to the Clinical Supervisor

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $28.50-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability (Saturdays)

Pay: $28.50-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35.0 per week
