At Clintar, we’re looking for an experienced landscape and softscape professional ready to step into a leadership role. If you enjoy hands-on work, leading a crew, and seeing a project come to life from start to finish, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same. You’ll lead and work alongside a crew completing a variety of landscape enhancement projects, including:

Garden, tree, and shrub installations

Mulch installation and property enhancements
-
Pruning and seasonal landscape improvements
-
Interlock, stone, grading, and hardscape projects
-
Decking, fencing, and concrete work
-
Operating trucks, trailers, dump bodies, and landscaping equipment
-
Coordinating crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
-
Communicating with customers on-site and ensuring a positive experience
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who leads by example, works hard, and takes pride in delivering quality results.
You should have:

Experience in landscaping, softscape, or hardscape construction
-
Crew leadership or supervisory experience
-
A valid G license with a clean driving record
-
Experience operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
-
The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Bonus Qualifications
These are considered strong assets:

Horticulture or landscaping education

Estimating or design experience
-
Health & Safety knowledge

Experience with interlock, grading, and stone installation
